# Troubleshooting

> Fixes for common dazie problems: microphone access, conversations that cut off, missing journal entries and sign-in issues.

## dazie can't hear me

1. Check that your browser has microphone permission for app.dazie.io.
2. Close other apps that use the microphone, such as video calls.
3. On mobile, keep the screen on during the conversation.

## The conversation ended early

A dropped connection ends the conversation. Everything said up to that point is kept and written up. Start a new conversation and say "let's continue from before". dazie will pick up the thread from memory.

## My entry hasn't appeared

Writing the entry usually takes under a minute. If it's still missing after five minutes, reload **Your journal**. If it's still not there, email [niklas@dazie.io](mailto:niklas@dazie.io) with the time of the conversation.

## I can't sign in

* Check your inbox and spam folder for the confirmation email.
* Use **Forgot password** on the sign-in page.
