After each conversation dazie analyses the entry and adds insights to it. Over time these add up to patterns across entries.

Per-entry insights

Each entry can include:
  • Key themes: the two or three topics the conversation was really about.
  • Mood and energy: a short read on how you sounded, in words rather than a score.
  • A reflection: one sentence that names something you might not have noticed, for example “Your reflections show a pattern of seeking balance between work and rest.”

Patterns over time

Once you have about a week of entries, Patterns shows what keeps coming back: topics, people, recurring frustrations, and changes in mood across weeks.

Using insights well

Insights are prompts for reflection, not verdicts. If one feels wrong, say so in your next conversation. dazie takes corrections into account.
