- Check that your browser has microphone permission for app.dazie.io.
- Close other apps that use the microphone, such as video calls.
- On mobile, keep the screen on during the conversation.
The conversation ended early
A dropped connection ends the conversation. Everything said up to that point is kept and written up. Start a new conversation and say “let’s continue from before”. dazie will pick up the thread from memory.My entry hasn’t appeared
Writing the entry usually takes under a minute. If it’s still missing after five minutes, reload Your journal. If it’s still not there, email niklas@dazie.io with the time of the conversation.I can’t sign in
